I’m Wynita Walther, leadership strategist, executive coach, writer, and founder of WYNLAB and the Lioness Coaching Collective. I help high-achieving women and visionary leaders align with their calling, lead with confidence, and build lives rooted in clarity, impact, and inner peace.

My passion for faith and family runs deep, and yes, you’ll hear about them often, but today, I’m known for blending spiritual depth with high-performance strategy, helping others rise in purpose and leadership without losing their soul in the process.

Before founding my companies, I spent over a decade working at the highest levels of finance and hedge fund communications, traveling the world and living what most would call a dream life. But after a painful divorce and deep personal unraveling, I realized success without alignment is just noise. So I walked away- from the paycheck, the pressure, and the perfection; and rebuilt a life grounded in peace, purpose, and power.

In 2020, I launched my coaching business to help women just like me, women who were strong on paper but stretched thin in spirit. I brought together the best of what I knew: faith, fitness, mental health tools, and performance coaching. What started as a course with one-on-one coaching quickly became a movement, first Get Unstuck, then Beauty for Ashes with Faith Queens, and now, Lioness.

I’ve studied under theologians, multimillionaire faith-driven entrepreneurs, and emotional intelligence experts. My work is shaped by two decades of leadership in ministry, marketing, trauma recovery, and public service—and it’s grounded in real transformation, not just tools, tactics and hype.

Today, I live in the Texas Hill Country with my husband, Josh, where I run WYNLAB for organizations and corporate teams, and Lioness for women who are ready to rise.
